Your next meeting, one click away.
SupaNext puts a countdown to your next meeting in the menu bar, and a minute before it starts, a small panel with a Join button. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, FaceTime. No more hunting for the link.
macOS 14 or later. Apple silicon and Intel. Reads your calendar on your Mac. Nothing leaves it.
The countdown lives in your menu bar
“Standup · 12m”, always in the corner of your eye. Click it for today's remaining meetings, each with its own Join. After six, tomorrow's first meetings show up too.
Join opens the real app
Zoom and Teams links open the native app when it's installed, so there's no “open in app?” page in between. Meet, Webex and FaceTime open in your browser. Links hidden in the notes or the location are found too.
Never late again
A minute before a meeting, a small panel appears with Join, Snooze and Dismiss. It stays out of the way, never steals your keyboard, and goes away on its own when you've joined.
One app, a pair, or all three.

Questions and answers.
Does it work with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes, through the Calendar app on your Mac. Add the account under System Settings → Internet Accounts and its calendars show up in SupaNext. There is no separate sign-in and no OAuth.
Why does it ask for Full Access to Calendar?
macOS has two levels: “add events only” and “full access”. SupaNext needs to read your events to show them, which is the full level. It reads them on your Mac, never writes to your calendar, and never uploads anything.
What does Join open?
The Zoom or Microsoft Teams app when it's installed, otherwise your browser. Google Meet, Webex and FaceTime open in the browser. You can force the browser per service in Settings.
How does the trial work?
Everything is unlocked for 7 days, no account needed. After that the countdown, the menu and Join keep working for free; the pre-meeting panel needs a license key.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to support@supatools.app within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac on macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
